Booking & Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
1. Reservations:
- To make a reservation, payment of a 100% deposit of the total stay amount is required.
2. Free Cancellations:
- Guests are entitled to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date.
- If cancellation occurs within this period, the deposit will be refunded in full.
3. Cancellations After Free Period:
- Cancellations made after the free 15-day period before check-in will result in a retention of 30% of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made within the last 7 days before the check-in date, the total reservation amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
4. No-Show:
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, the total reservation amount will be charged.
5. Reservation Modifications:
- Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to rate adjustments.
- Modifications must be requested at least 15 days in advance of the originally scheduled check-in date.
6. Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the original reservation.
7. Special Circumstances:
- In exceptional situations such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Pet Acceptance Policy:
1. Pet Acceptance:
- Pets are welcome in our local accommodation, subject to availability of designated pet-friendly rooms.
2. Security Deposit:
- A security deposit of €100 per pet will be charged at the time of check-in.
- This deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to room inspection and verification of any damages caused by the pet during the stay.
- The owner is liable for any damages caused by their pet, even if exceeding the deposit.
3. Additional Cleaning Fee:
- In addition to the security deposit, an extra cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
- This fee is intended to cover the cost of specialized cleaning after the pet's stay.
4. Owner's Responsibilities:
- The pet owner is responsible for ensuring that the pet is properly supervised and controlled throughout the stay.
- The owner is liable for any damages caused by their pet, even if exceeding the deposit.
5. Restrictions:
- Pets must be properly vaccinated and compliant with all local regulations.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
6. Prior Communication:
- Guests must inform us in advance of their intention to bring pets during the booking process.
7. Number of Pets:
- The number of pets per room may be limited, subject to our capacity and internal policies.
